The Second Transnational Project Meeting

The Second Transnational Project Meeting was held in Yecla, in CETEM facilities, during April 8th and 9th 2019.

During this meeting the discussion was about the ending on Intellectual Output 1 and the starting Intellectual Output 2, Educational Philosophy and Joint Curriculum.

The Intellectual Output was closed with a report analysing the situation and evolution of Smart Housing and Ambient Assisted Living within BIM. Then, the concept of Educational Philosophy was well explained for its future development and the partners agreed about the main concepts to develop in the curriculum. For this purpose, CETEM has organized a workshop to have a first sight about the Learning Outcomes (Knowledge, skills and Competences) to join the Curriculum and have a clear overview of each of the units.

This Workshop was attended by Dr. Rafael Maestre, leader of the Working Group 4 (Solutions for Ageing Well at Home, in the Community and at Work) in the SheldON Cost Action (CA 16226: Smart Habitat for the Elderly) and Head of CETEM’s Electronics Department, and Dr. David Caparrós, Head of Sustainable Construction Department in CTM (Technical Center of Marble, Stone and Materials of the Region de Murcia) who also presented the European projects BIMStone (2018-1-DE02-KA202-005146) and UrbanBIM (2018-1-RO01-KA203-049458) with the aim to create synergies between our projects.

KICK OFF MEETING – KARLSRUHE

 

The objectives of the meeting were: Project and partnership introduction, Overview IOs, Dissemination, Exploitation, Quality and Risk plans, IO 1 tasks in detail.

The meeting lasted 1 day. 

Volker Koch started the meeting welcoming all attendees. All partners then presented their organizations to the rest of the consortium. Mr. Melero introduced the project, breaking down and explaining each of the most important points. Volker Koch gave a presentation on “Administration and Finances”, where he talked about the coordinators role and the reports for the German Agency, the budget and the documents that all partners have to send to KIT. Victoria presented the Mobility Tool platform showing each of the Items that the coordinator will have to complete during the life of the project.  Mr. Melero (CETEM) introduced us to the A & Q plan, where he presented the quantitative and qualitative indicators. In addition, he talked about how to measure these indicators throughout the project. The Leader of each Intellectual Output has to analyze the possible risks during the development of it. 

After this, each partner presented the IO they will lead and the initial plan for the work to be done in the following period was established.
